Terms of Use
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Version française
These terms are the agreement between you and the publisher of Intip. By using the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Publisher
Intip is published by Robin Bicanic, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), 74 chemin des Marres, 13109 Simiane-Collongue, France, SIREN 835 384 280. Publication director: Robin Bicanic. Contact: contact@intip.app.
The intip.app website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
In these terms, "we" means the publisher.
The service
Intip creates listings from photos of your clothes: photos of the item being worn, a title, a description, visible flaws and a likely price. You then copy the listing into Vinted. A second mode, Try-on, shows you an item worn on one of your own photos.
Intip is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Vinted.
Who can use Intip
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- If you are between 16 and 18, you use Intip and subscribe with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Your account
- Your listings, photos and personal styles are attached to your Intip account.
- Your account is personal. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- You can delete your account and your data at any time from the app's settings. Deletion is permanent.
License
We grant you the right to use the app for your personal use, on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. This right is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
The app, its brand, its texts, its look and the pose collections it provides belong to us or are licensed to us. You do not copy them, resell them, or try to extract the code or the models.
Subscription
- Using the service requires a subscription. There is no free trial.
- The plans, their length, their price and the number of credits they include are shown in the app before purchase.
- The subscription is purchased and paid for with your Apple account. Payment is charged when the purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same length and at the same price, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel it at any time in your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your Intip account does not cancel the subscription: remember to cancel it with Apple.
- If the price of a plan changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where the law requires it, asks for your consent.
Credits
- Each worn photo you start costs one credit.
- Your subscription gives you a credit balance: 20 credits every week on the weekly plan, 50 credits every month on the monthly plan, and 50 credits every month on the yearly plan. The balance is shown in the app.
- Credits left unused at each refill do not carry over to the next one. When the subscription ends, remaining credits are lost.
- If a worn photo fails, its credit is returned to you.
- Credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded or transferred.
Withdrawal and refunds
The purchase is made with Apple, which collects the payment. Refund requests go to Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com, and are handled under Apple's terms.
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days after the purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason. This request is also made to Apple.
Legal guarantee
If you are a consumer living in France, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services for the whole length of your subscription (articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If the service does not conform, you can ask for it to be brought into conformity and, failing that, for a price reduction or the end of the contract. Write to us at contact@intip.app.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your photos and your listings.
- You allow us to store and process them, including through our AI providers, only to provide the service to you.
- We do not use them for anything else: not to train AI models, not for our marketing, not as examples.
- You only upload photos you have the right to use.
- For personal styles and Try-on, you only add photos of yourself. You do not add photos of another person, or of a minor.
AI-generated content
Worn photos, descriptions, detected flaws and prices are produced automatically and may contain errors. A worn photo is a generated image: it may differ from the real item, for example in colour or cut. The likely price is an estimate, not a guarantee of sale.
You are free to use the worn photos and texts created for you, on Vinted or elsewhere, including to sell. We claim no rights over them. We do not guarantee that they are unique, or that they are protected by copyright.
You review and correct each listing before publishing it. You are responsible for what you publish, for its accuracy towards your buyers, and for following the rules of the platform where you publish.
Prohibited uses
You do not use Intip to:
- create content that is illegal, misleading, sexual, or that infringes another person's rights or image;
- present an item you do not own, or a counterfeit;
- get around credits, usage limits or the app's protections, or use the app in an automated way;
- resell access to the service.
Availability and changes to the service
We do our best to keep the service running, without guaranteeing that it is always available or free of errors. It relies on third-party providers, including AI services, which may be interrupted.
We may change the service. If a change clearly reduces what your subscription gives you, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before, and you can cancel. If we shut the service down, we tell you at least 30 days before and subscriptions are no longer renewed.
Liability
We are liable for direct damage you suffer because we failed to meet these terms.
We are not liable for sales that do not happen, for disputes with your buyers, or for decisions made by Vinted or another platform about your listings or your account.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Suspension and ending your use
You can stop using Intip at any time, cancel your subscription with Apple and delete your account from the app's settings.
If you do not follow these terms, we may suspend your access. Except in serious or urgent cases, we warn you first and give you the chance to put things right.
Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
App Store terms
- These terms are between you and the publisher, not with Apple. The publisher is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- The publisher, not Apple, handles claims relating to the app: product liability, failure to conform to a legal requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- If a third party claims that the app infringes its intellectual property rights, the publisher, not Apple, is responsible for handling that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You comply with the terms of any third-party services you use with the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a case before the courts of that country.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@intip.app: we will look for a solution with you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. For an important change, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription before that date.
The French version of these terms is the reference version.
